Computer Upgrades, we want your computer system to be reliable and operating at it's peak
performance level. Occasionally, however, even new components may fail.
We offer a one (1) year, 100% guarantee (parts & labor) on hardware for all new
systems and system components. The only exclusions are misuse and "acts of
God" such as lightning or floods. To reduce the possibility of lightning induced damage, we strongly suggest that all your computer system equipment be powered from a quality surge protected outlet. Many component manufacturers offer a 2 year or longer replacement
warranty. CCU's primary function is the repair, support, and upgrade of hardware devices and systems. Although we configure software and operating systems to operate with a system's hardware, we do not directly support the software itself. With the infinite combinations of software and hardware possible, no one, including the software vendor themselves, can can be 100% certain that a given piece of software will operate flawlessly on every system. We will make every effort to resolve software conflicts, and may refer you to the software manufacturer for further information. If you are having software related problems, a visit to the vendor's web site is highly recommended. Software manufacturers routinely distribute "patches" to correct problems with previously released software. You can submit a "bug" report to us by filling out and submitting our Software support form, or mailing us at [email protected], and we will offer our best advice on a resolution. |
